A Thyme For All Seasonings
A customer came in to the store and shared her recent use of the Raspberry Balsamic. She admits she is not a "cook" but wants to learn how to make great meals, and using the Raspberry Balsamic made her meal great. She marinated chicken breast in the Raspberry Balsamic and grilled it. The first batch came out dry, but her 2nd batch was more moist because she lowered the heat. I suggested that next time she mix the balsamic with a little extra virgin olive oil then rub all over the chicken, then grill on low to medium heat. The olive oil helps retain moisture in the chicken and keeps it from drying out fast if grilling on an open fire/flame.
